Since Mediaman always keeps 30 days inventory on hand. Warranty Policy
Mediaman offers various warranty periods on different products as per the vendour warranty commitments & guidelines. Mediaman selects the highest grade of Materials for minimum RMA assured to the customers within warranty, RMA process often allows repairs or replacement in just a few days. Mediaman customers have total confidence in our excellent aftersales services.

Terms and Conditions
Term of Sales :
Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our premises. Payment to be made by account payee cheques in favour of Mediaman Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Warranty on all equipments, if any, is carry-in-warranty from the respective Mfrs./Distributors/ASP s.
Notify any kind of error in Product/ Qty./ Rate within one working day.
Goods supplied under warranty are on :
ONE TO ONE EXCHANGE BASIS ONLY.
No payments can be with held in lieu of or reasons of repairs/ replacement for materials returned under warranty.
Warranty stands void if :
Cheque is dishonoured or Sr. No. not found.
GOODS ARE PHYSICALLY DAMAGED OR BURNT.
Warranty seal (if any) and not intact and/or tampered.
To avail warranty if applicable, returned goods should mention and be accompanied by :
Our challan/ covering letter, Copy of our Challan/Invoice.
Serial number (if any) and note describing the nature of problem/defect in the returned goods.
On all bounced cheque :
A Bank cheque return charge of Rs.250/- will have to be paid.
A pay Order or CASH within 24 hours of intimation will have to be paid failing which @24%p.a. Will be charged towards delayed payment and continuation of warranty on materials supplied under the said payments, otherwise warranty shall be void and no further communications for warranty shall be entertained.
Replenishments of returned goods :
You will have to accept repaired/ replaced goods of similar conditions as per returned materials.
In case of non-availability of replenishment :
Upgrades at differential value or credit note for replaceable goods at market value shall be given AS ON DATE OF RECEIPT of returned goods and/or AS ON DATE OF REPLENISHMENTS DUE DATE. Warranty for replenished goods shall be for the remaining warranty period of originally supplied material.
Repossession :
Mediaman Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall have the first lien on the equipment(s) supplied here under for any unpaid amount, timely payment being the essence of this transaction/contract Mediaman Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its duty authorized representative shall be entitled to enter the Customer's premises and to do such things acts deeds, as may be necessary, expedient usual and proper to repossess the said equipment(s).
The customer or his duty authorised representative shall check the equipments ordered at the time of receiving the delivery.
No claims shall be entertained by Mediaman Infotech Pvt. Ltd. on any grounds whatsoever thereafter, for any incomplete contents received or physical breakage.
DOA (Dead On arrival ) support will be for 3 days from the invoice date.
After DOA support, RMA support will be at the ASP’s( Authorised Selling Partner ) end. Some products have direct warranty unless an AMC contract is taken.
All products not having direct warranty have to brought to us for replacement / repair. Once the product has been inward for replacement / repair processing timing will be atleast 15 to 20 days.
**Warranty void conditions :
Broken, physically damage & burnt cases.
Warranty seal broken.
Damage from transportation or any natural disaster , water logging etc.
Important shipping information
All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.

Mediaman Infotech Pvt Ltd does not process orders during the weekend.
No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.

FAQs
Can I send the Order to a different Address other than the registration Address?
Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the Product to the Cart.
Can I ship the Order I bought to Multiple Addresses?
Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.
Is Road Permit / Way Bill / Form: 63 require for shipping?
Road Permit / Way Bill / Form: 63 will be required for shipping for the following states and city as per the situation.
